Hi, I’m Sammy, the founder of Evolve Wellness Retreats. This business was born from my deep belief in the healing power of rest, movement, and intentional connection. After experiencing firsthand how transformative it can be to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment, I felt called to create spaces where others could do the same. At our retreats, founder Sammy has blended mindful practices, nourishing environments, and a sense of community to help you reset, recharge, and realign.

Cara is a talented and passionate freelance artist with a strong background in painting, mixed media and visual arts. Qualified and experienced in developing lesson and activity plans for youth and adults alike. Cara joins Evolve Wellness Retreats’ ‘Yoga & Art Retreat’, guiding the art lesson and activity.
Tarot with Liane
As an artist and a visual communicator, Liane has a passion for the Tarot and all things mystical. In addition to being a skilled Tarot card reader, she is also a keen enthusiast of Numerology, Chakras, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy, Energy Healing and Herbology. Liane brings her mystical gifts to Evolve Wellness Retreats’ ‘Mystical Yoga Retreat’ to enhance participants’ connection to their spirit and non physical gifts.
Zahné RMT & Wellness Practitioner
Zahné is a passionate RMT and wellness practitioner who weaves together the sacred practices of international breath work and Indie Head Massage, creating space for deep rest, healing and inner connection with a grounded and intuitive approach. She guides others in exploring the power of breath to move through stress and stagnation into a place of calm and clarity.
Her approach to Indie Head Massage blends traditional techniques with intuitive touch. The goal is to help restore energetic flow through the head, neck and shoulders while supporting clarity of mind and spiritual alignment.
