Spend a spiritual afternoon enjoying hatha yoga, meditation, and an experienced reiki practitioner to help balance your energy. End your session with the healing experience of a sound bath. Refreshments will be provided.

We accept e-transfer payments and credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.
